it has been a hard training during this ramadhan/ fasting month.. my first training was a 9k before doing an 8k.. now, im short of 7k short of my weekly goal 24k/week.. hope fully today i will be able to do an 8k before iftar..
focusing on an aim weekly sets the mood right during my training.. gives me a sense of direction to dig deep.. even though i have yet to really dig deep during trainings.. when im out of focus during training, i think the following:-
1. i want to do better for pbim'11
2. i want to see results of better hm timing
3. the faster i reach my weekly goal, the faster i can improve as a runner
