This is my second year of training during Ramadhan/ Fasting month.. last year i ended up zilch.. no training what so ever.. now this year, i have put some training.. not much though but enough to get myself going.. i will continue training and hopefully get at least 24k/week set.. i have been frequently changing my weekly training target :-P hope fully this target will last longer.. i have read blogs from other runners and saw them do bike riding too.. maybe something i need to consider..
