Back Training and Preparing for Energizer Night Run

i have not been feeling like myself lately.. the training intensity too was not there.. nonetheless, i still did my weekly runs (with some hiccups).. the following are my mileage until this posting:

Week 1- 8.3k
Week 2- 10.7k
Week 3- 10.2k
Week 4- 11k
Week 5- 20.3k
Week 6- 13.3k
Week 7- 11.1k
Week 8- ZERO
Week 9- ZERO
Week 10- 4.4k
Week 11- 20.5k
TOTAL: 109.8k (last year same period: 160.2k)

This week was a good one as i trained 3times and got back to training after a 2week laps.. got things in motion at least.. hehe.. it was quite inspiring looking others train @ KLCC park.. could only do 6laps for the time being (due to other commitments).. hope i to do a 10laps there someday.. before i forget, i saw someone wearing a pair of white Newton footwear.. looked great.. i am really considering a pair of Newtons once this Supernova Glide2 wears off (still have 220k remaining on them)..

Energizer Night Race is just 3week away.. hopefully i get through it with no injuries despite the lack of training uh.. Let me see, what will i plan for this remaining 3week..
